Mitsukuni in Amsterdam

Chef Osone, originally from Ibaraki, Tokyo, has over 35 years experience in the Japanese cuisine. 25 years ago he was sent out to Paris, France, to setup Japanese restaurants, which he did successfully. About 10 years ago he came to Amsterdam for a holiday and since then he stayed here. He had successfully helped a local entrepreneur to setup 5 Japanese restaurants. While being in Paris and Amsterdam he is very much influenced by the French cuisine and the Dutch mentality. His dream of a traditional Japanese restaurant with local flavors and presentation is Mitsukuni. Chef Osone wish to welcome you and your guests for a culinary tasteful evening.
